Promising location but better options in the area

Good location

1. Sometimes, they didn't respond to the call at the front desk 2. The jacuzzi was dirty, and it didn't fill completely with water. 3. There was no fridge, microwave, or iron in the bedroom. There was no temperature control either. 4. The towels were old and smelled weird. 5. The walls in the bedroom were stained and dirty. 6. There was a construction next to the bedroom and it was really noisy. 7. The TV is really small for being the "best suite". 8. For that price, it should include breakfast. 9. There wasn't free shampoo in the bedroom (it was available for an extra fee) 10. The photos on the booking website don't correspond with the "real" bedroom.

Very good, I will go again

Almost everything, attention, location, cleanliness, comfort, the room was great, the bathroom nice. The reception room is very beautiful and the city zone looks good. People working there were nice and you can ask for help.

The bed was good, but personally I don't like the kind of bed clothes and the cover of mattress they used, but I think you can ask for more bed clothes or some sort of changes.

It was really nice and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

It was close to Corferias and the neighbourhood was safe. You can easily find restaurants and transportation.

Hotel has no air conditioning, wifi is very very bad, you need to go all the way to the lobby to get it, NO towels, and expensive. NOT recommend at all.

Eventually the staff made an effort to accommodate our needs. They worked hard to prepare a more comfortable and clean space and also to help me with my reservation mistake.

Staffed used a strong smelling cleaner, maybe gasoline, for the floor. The bed sheets and pillowcases were thin and stained. The price was way too high for this room.

Adequate for just an emergency stay.

It was just a basic place to stay. The bedding was clean.

The room was smaller and dark than expected, and we were assigned the room near the laundry . There were building works going on either on the accommodation building itself or the building adjacent, so we were woken up very early by the laundry equipment noise and the building works noise. The bathroom badly designed toilet and sink was very tight and dated, it wasn't pleasant. On one corner of the actual sleeping area ,opossitte the bed, there were pieces of the plaster missing ,in need of repair. The bed was disproportionately big for the room quite firm . Old carpet and furniture. There was no ventilation or access to day light in the room.
